Ruby qualified as a Solicitor in 2008 and joined Nelsons’ Employment Law team in November 2023, following our acquisition of Pattersons Commercial Law.

Ruby qualified after completing her LPC at the Inns of Court School of Law, London, and has gained Employment Law experience both within England and Dubai, having worked in the latter for around seven years.

Ruby has advised multinational organisations, government entities, and many companies including household names on a wide range of employment matters, including TUPE, redundancies, and senior-level exit strategies, drafting policies, procedures, employment contracts and settlement agreements.
