Kani joined Nelsons’ Residential Conveyancing team in November 2025 following our acquisition of Simpson Jones. She has been advising on conveyancing matters since 2017.
Kani’s areas of expertise include residential property sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, post-completion related applications, and registrations.
