Nelsons Boosts Award-Winning Conveyancing Team With New Hire

Rachel Bushell – who brings 15 years of experience in residential conveyancing – specialises in freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, unregistered property, shared ownership, re-mortgages, help to buy equity schemes and transfers of equity.

Rachel, who has previously worked for us during the course of her career, said:

In September 2019, our Residential Conveyancing department was named Regional Conveyancing Firm of the Year in the East Midlands at the national, prestigious LFS Conveyancing Awards and also took home the second place silver award for Overall Conveyancing Firm of the Year.
