Chris is well-versed in right to buy purchases, shared ownership schemes, and new build properties. He also handles deeds of grant, covering rights of way and rights of services, as well as residential lease extensions.
In addition, Chris is adept at managing adverse possession and prescriptive easement registrations. He provides guidance on buy-to-let investments and House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) acquisitions, along with transactions involving residential properties owned by limited companies.
