We have strengthened our award-winning Residential Conveyancing team with the appointment of a new Associate in our Derby office.
Rachel Bushell – who brings 15 years of experience in residential conveyancing – specialises in freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, unregistered property, shared ownership, re-mortgages, help to buy equity schemes and transfers of equity.
Rachel, who has previously worked for us during the course of her career, said:
“It was an easy decision to come back to Nelsons and familiar surroundings. The law firm continues to hold a strong reputation, particularly when it comes to taking great care of its staff and clients.”
Rachel added:
