Bharath is an Associate in our Dispute Resolution team, specialising in property disputes, including rights of way claims, boundary disputes, and restrictive covenants. His expertise extends to landlord and tenant disputes, where he advises on rent arrears claims for both commercial and residential landlords, as well as forfeiture and relief from forfeiture claims, breach of lease, and dilapidations claims. He also advises on commercial disputes.
