We act for clients recovering debts on a nationwide basis, as well as collecting international debts using multi lingual staff and established contacts via the League International for Creditors (LIC), a worldwide network of independent debt and credit management specialists.
Our specialist telephone collectors focus on recovery of clients’ money, with prompt, escalating action to maximise the chances of successful recovery. In the majority of UK debt cases, we are happy to work on a no collection, no charge basis.
The team links closely with our commercial litigation team so we can offer a seamless service advising on credit information, retention of title, dealing with liquidators and receivers, liens, set off and all related matters.
We also offer a service called, “Trade RiskControl” - a unique system of eight modules in related areas of credit management and contract negotiation, designed to reduce the chances of contractual default and dispute. Depending on your needs and in-house management resources you can buy into the whole package or individual modules as required.
