RETAIL software provider, Davidson Richards recently became the latest acquisition by software and payments specialist ClearCourse.
Lawyers across three departments at Nelsons were instructed by the long-standing Derby firm Davidson Richards to support the swift and smooth transaction.
The team involved in the deal included partner Rachel Bennett, senior associate Hannah Jones and associate Callum Fotheringham from the corporate team, as well as commercial property partner Paul Hinchliffe, and employment partner Rachel Hatton.
Tax advice was also provided by Richard Coombs and Beth Noy from Bates Weston.

Joining the ClearCourse group will enable Davidson Richards to expand its offering, providing customers with in-house payment and eCommerce solutions. By offering these in partnership with other specialist ClearCourse companies, Davidson Richards will be able to focus on building new client relationships and to profile the benefits of OpSuite to new retail market segments.
