Hannah joined Nelsons as a Senior Associate in our Corporate team in September 2024. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2017.
Hannah specialises in acquisitions, mergers, and disposals, company formations and reorganisations, management buy-outs and buy-ins, share and asset sales/purchases, shareholders agreements, articles of association and general corporate advice.
