Tanya joined Nelsons in May 2018 and is an Associate and Legal Executive in our Court of Protection team.
Tanya specialises in all aspects of Court of Protection work, including applications for deputyship appointments, permission for authority to litigate, approval of gifting, and other complex applications.
She also advises on the management of property and financial affairs under the authority of attorney and deputy appointments, completing Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) reports, the creation and administration of Personal Injury Trusts, Trust creation and administration and the administration of several charities, including almshouses.
