Stephen qualified as a Solicitor in 1986 and and joined Nelsons in February 2025 following our acquisition of Else Solicitors.
Stephen specialises in a wide range of commercial and civil litigation disputes.
His area of expertise includes commercial contract disputes, defamation claims, negligence and nuisance-based claims including professional negligence claims, SPA – breach of warranty claims, business disputes involving shareholders/directors and partners, property disputes including boundary disputes; easement and restrictive covenant cases, property disputes over legal and beneficial ownership TOLATA disputes, mortgage repossession claims – non-residential and Landlord and Tenant disputes.
