Laura’s areas of expertise include debt recovery, issuing letters before action, and letters before claims. She advises on credit control procedures, County Court Proceedings and Judgements, Enforcement of County Court Judgments including charging orders, High Court Enforcement or County Court Bailiff, third party debt orders, attachment of earnings, and orders to attend Court for questioning.
