Ian joined Nelsons in December 2019 as a Consultant and has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of planning, infrastructure and development law, acting for both private and public sector clients.
He has particular expertise in relation to strategic, large-scale and EIA development schemes, including master planning, residential, retail/commercial and mixed-use proposals, and in particular, those subject to Compulsory Purchase Orders (CPO), often working with large professional teams.
Ian has an established track record of delivering clear, concise and results-driven advice.
