Emma joined Nelsons as a trainee Solicitor, qualifying in 2007 and promoted to Associate in 2012. In 2017, Emma was promoted to Partner and now heads up our contentious Intellectual Property team.
Emma provides comprehensive and pragmatic advice on the full spectrum of intellectual property rights. She has considerable experience in securing injunctions to protect her client’s intellectual property, at both the interim and final Order stage of Court proceedings.
Emma also advises clients on trade mark registration, acting for clients in filing and prosecuting applications at the UK intellectual property office, as well as in opposition proceedings.
