Emma joined Nelsons as a Trainee Solicitor, qualifying in 2007 and promoted to Associate in 2012. In 2017, Emma was promoted to Partner.
Emma specialises in commercial work (contracts and disputes) as well on intellectual property matters, providing comprehensive and pragmatic advice.
Emma also advises clients on trade mark registration, acting for clients in filing and prosecuting applications at the UK Intellectual Property Office, as well as in opposition and cancellation proceedings. Emma also files international trade mark applications.
