Emma joined Nelsons as a Trainee Solicitor, qualifying in 2007 and promoted to Associate in 2012. In 2017, Emma was promoted to Partner.
Emma specialises in intellectual property and commercial work, providing comprehensive and pragmatic advice in respect of both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Emma also advises clients on trade mark registration, acting for clients in filing and prosecuting applications at the UK Intellectual Property Office, as well as in opposition and cancellation proceedings.
