We have been named as a finalist in two categories at the prestigious Turnaround, Restructuring and Insolvency (TRI) Awards 2019 – the leading awards for the TRI industry.
The national TRI Awards, now in its 12th year, champions the work and commitment of firms, teams and individuals in turnaround, funding, corporate restructuring, insolvency and personal debt advice. Our restructuring and insolvency team has been shortlisted in the Insolvency Law Firm of the Year (up to three insolvency partners) and Education/Training Provider of the Year categories.
Rachel McCahill, partner and head of our restructuring and insolvency team, said:
“The TRI Awards are the most prestigious for the insolvency and restructuring industry, so we are delighted to have been named as finalists in two categories.
“Every insolvency situation is different, and our department possesses a wealth of knowledge and the experience to know how to handle each type of situation, minimising risk and safeguarding clients’ positions. It is great that our commitment and hard work has been acknowledged.
“The TRI Awards aims to shine a spotlight on those who are beacons of best practice in the world of business recovery, working tirelessly to restore companies and much-loved brands to a sustainable position. As well as recognising those who are saving jobs and businesses, the scheme also awards those who by virtue of their outstanding work are benefiting the perception of their profession.
“I was involved in the judging process last year, so I know first-hand the standard of entries. I am looking forward to the awards ceremony and hearing inspirational stories from peers who are leading the way in business rescue, corporate restructuring and creditor engagement by providing consistent, excellent service to clients.”
