Sophie joined Nelsons in August 2025 and qualified as a solicitor in November 2024. She is an Associate in our expert Dispute Resolution team.
Sophie’s areas of expertise include contentious probate and Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996, Equality Act 2010, protection From Harassment 1997, defamation claims, and Court of Protection disputes.
