Sarah qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in July 2018 and cross-qualified as a Solicitor in August 2020. She joined our expert Corporate team in January 2021 as an Associate and was promoted to Senior Associate in June 2022.
Sarah specialises in acquisitions, mergers, and disposals, company formations and reorganisations, management buy-outs and buy-ins, share and asset sales/purchases, shareholders agreements, articles of association and general corporate advice.
