Rebecca qualified as a Solicitor in 1993 and is an Associate in our expert Court of Protection team.
Rebecca is experienced in all aspects of the management of property and financial affairs under the authority of deputy appointments, with some limited involvement in PI trusts. This includes multiple applications to the Court of Protection for appointment and/or change of named deputy, authority to purchase property, make gifts, pay gratuitous care (where there is a joint lay deputy), and increase security following an award of damages. Rebecca is experienced in drafting OPG reports and dealing with associated queries. Rebecca has worked with clients on property purchases and adaptations and dealt with the appointment of property experts and architects.
