Joshua joined Nelsons in April 2026 and is a Trainee Solicitor in our Court of Protection team.
Joshua supports individuals and families as they navigate the complexities of Court of Protection matters. Joshua specialises in assisting clients who lack capacity, helping to manage their property and financial affairs, and ensuring that each client’s best interests remain at the centre of every decision.
Joshua works closely with deputies, attorneys, and family members, preparing applications to the Court of Protection, managing ongoing deputyship administration, and providing clear, practical guidance during sensitive and emotionally challenging situations.
