Balraj joined Nelsons in November 2023 following our acquisition of Pattersons Commercial Law. Balraj qualified as a Solicitor in July 2024 and is an Associate in our expert Corporate team.
Balraj specialises in Corporate Law services, advising our clients on mergers and acquisitions, business purchases and sales, and corporate reorganisations. He also advises on management buy-outs and buy-ins, shareholders’ agreements, bespoke articles of association, and general corporate advice.
