We are pleased to invite you to Nelsons’ first Insolvency Conference, which will be taking place on Tuesday 25th March between 12.30pm – 4pm.

The event is being held at Holywell Park Conference Centre – Loughborough University Science and Enterprise Park, LE11 3GR where there is ample free parking.

We will be joined by experts from Maitland Chambers who will be discussing:
• Insolvent Partnerships – James Kinman
• Proving Fraudulent Trading and Wrongful Trading – Darragh Connell
• Directors’ Duties – Joseph Bunting & Olivia Horn

Nelsons’ Adrian Slater, Partner & Solicitor and Practice Group Head will chair the discussions and there will be plenty of time for questions.

Timings
Registration and a light lunch is from 12.30pm with the conference commencing at 1.30pm. We expect to finish at around 4pm.
