Nelsons has appointed Emma Davies as a solicitor in its family law team at its Nottingham office.
Emma, who will provide advice on all aspects of family law, joins Nelsons from Nottingham Family Law Associates (NFLA), where she specialised in Children Act and injunction matters, divorce and ancillary relief. She gained her LLB Hons law degree from Nottingham Trent University in 2003 and her LPC from Nottingham Law School in 2005.
Nelsons has one of the largest family law teams in the East Midlands. Recognised for its expertise by independently researched directories Legal 500 and Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession, the family law team handles in a typical year over 500 divorces and 30 financial settlements worth over £1 million.
