The long awaited White Paper ‘Fixing our Broken Housing Market’ was published by DCLG on 7th February 2016. After months of speculation we now see how the Government proposes to address the housing deficit, categorised into four stages –

  • Planning for the right homes in the right places
  • Building homes faster
  • Diversifying the market
  • Helping people now

Kylie Chapman will be leading a series of breakfast discussion forums for all those interested in the proposals and promises within the White Paper. These events will be an excellent opportunity to discuss initial thoughts arising from the White Paper and the series of consultation questions.

Aimed at developers, planning agents/consultants, land agents,  architects, surveyors and local authority officers, delegates will be encouraged to share their views during an informal round table discussion, where key parts of the paper will be considered.

Please feel free to forward this to colleagues who may be interested in attending.

Programme Information
