Tim qualified as a solicitor in 1981 and co-founded Nelsons in 1983.
Tim was Managing Partner from 1988 and in 2003 became Chief Executive with specific responsibility for strategic planning and financial management.
In 2017, Tim took on the full-time role of Chairman, working alongside Stewart Vandermark.
