Rachel qualified as a Solicitor in 2001 and joined Nelsons in March 2024.
Since qualifying, Rachel has practised solely in employment law, representing both businesses and individuals on all things relating to employment, including unfair and constructive unfair dismissal claims, absence management, whistleblowing issues, settlement agreements, discipline and grievance issues, redundancy processes, due diligence enquiries for corporate buyouts, advice on TUPE in a buyout/takeover, employment contracts, handbooks and policies, queries relating to protected disclosure issues including all types of discrimination, Employment Tribunal litigation, and advice on restrictive covenants.
