Her specific areas of expertise include advising private landlords, agents and property managers concerning rent deposits, possession proceedings and evictions, defending housing disrepair claims, landlord’s responsibilities, drafting tenancy and licence agreements, defending unlawful eviction claims for landlords, Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (ToLATA) claims, breach of lease, commercial lease renewals, including applications to the Court, termination of commercial tenancies, break notices, boundary disputes and the removal of squatters to include travellers.
