Lewis joined Nelsons’ Residential Conveyancing team in December 2020. He has been advising on residential conveyancing matters since 2017.
Lewis’ areas of expertise include residential property sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and mortgaging unencumbered property, post-completion related applications and registrations, and reviewing legal titles and dealing with restrictions.
