We are pleased to invite you to our Unfair Dismissal Masterclass. The masterclass will aim to assist you in understanding the law relating to unfair dismissal, the protections that employees enjoy and offer practical advice on how to handle situations where dismissal is a possibility, particularly from a procedural perspective. There will be opportunities to share experiences and ideas and, of course, to network.
In particular, the masterclass will cover:
- Who has the right not to be unfairly dismissed?
- The potentially fair reasons for dismissal and related procedural requirements (including interactive case study scenarios)
- Automatically unfair dismissals
- Time limits for bringing a claim and remedies available
The masterclass will be an informative and useful insight into this tricky area and will be of interest to those with HR and/or management responsibility.
Programme Information
Registration and refreshments will be from 9.15am with the session commencing at 9:30am. We expect to finish at around 12.00pm.
We are offering this training for just £100 (inc VAT) per person.
