Employment Case Law Update

We are holding an employment law case update session to make sure you are up to date with the latest changes in the law, advise you on how these changes might impact you and provide you with tips on how to implement the changes in the workplace.
In the session we will cover:
- Whether COVID-19 is a disability;
- Sham redundancies;
- The change in holiday pay for part year workers;
- Whether vexatious grievances can amount to gross misconduct; and
- If an employee’s terms of employment can extend beyond their employment contract.
We hope you will be able to join us for our online session. The virtual session will commence at 9.30 and will last for around 45 minutes.
We will be using Microsoft Teams and a link/joining instructions will be sent out the day before the session to those who have registered their attendance. You will need a device with a camera and microphone to participate.
There is no charge for this session.
