We are delighted to invite you to our Leicester office for our contentious probate summer update, hosted by Lewis Addison. During this session we will be providing a roundup of topical contentious probate issues including what potential obstacles you may find and exploring solutions, as well as a case law update.

This interactive seminar will cover:

• Mental capacity to make a will
• Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act claims
• Undue influence over testators
• Proprietary estoppel

Registration will be from 9:15am with the seminar starting at 9.30am. We expect to finish at around 11.30am.

The event will be held at Nelsons, Provincial House, 37 New Walk, Leicester LE1 6TU. Please note there is no parking available at our offices. The nearest car park is the NCP Leicester East Street, LE1 6NB  which is a short walk away.
