At Nelsons, we not only look to empower our clients but also our employees who are at the heart of all that we do.
We strive to provide a workplace culture that attracts top legal and financial professionals to work for us to deliver the best client experience.
As a progressive and rapidly expanding organisation, we’re constantly looking to recruit individuals with ambition and drive to be part of our journey. The professional and friendly work environment is ideal for candidates who are team players, have a can-do attitude and a work ethic to surpass expectations.

In recent years, we have reinforced our commitment to the East Midlands by investing heavily in major refurbishments of our city-centre premises in Derby, Leicester and Nottingham.
Each of our offices has been transformed into airy and spacious open-plan settings with social spaces – which include a pool table, TV, banquette-style booth seating and a bar – where employees can work, feel inspired and have their dedication and success rewarded. The offices have been designed for modern working and reflect our vision, values and identity as a vibrant, dynamic and innovative company.
Our social spaces mean business – they’re places where we’re proud to take our clients and our employees can socialise with one another. They could be used for a networking event one evening, and then for a team celebration the following day. Above all, they are spaces where our employees want to be – where they can take their laptops and work in different ways, whether that’s on a sofa in a quiet area with a coffee or a hot chocolate or as a group in booth seating.
