  • The cover applies to any compensatory awards, up to £100,000 for any one claim, with an aggregate limit of £500,000 for all claims in one year
  • It applies to disputes with staff over contracts of employment or alleged breaches of employment legislation

Cover applies provided you consult us before dismissing or making changes to an employee’s terms and conditions, and we represent you at the Tribunal or Court, but it does not cover disputes arising in the first 3 months of cover, or in the first 6 months of cover where the claim arises from a verbal or written warning given to an employee in the six months before the policy started.
