The Statutory Dispute Resolution Procedures were replaced on 6th April 2009 by a new ACAS Code of Practice.
- The ACAS Code introduces new disciplinary and grievance procedures which, if not complied with, will result in financial penalties for employers.
- The new ACAS Code dictates that employers should ensure that their managers and employees are trained on the new disciplinary and grievance procedures.
To help you to comply with the ACAS Code of conduct, Nelsons provide a bespoke training course which is tailored to the specific needs of your business and the level of staff who are receiving the training.
The training will:
- Ensure your compliance with the ACAS Code and avoid financial penalties
- Increase the skills of your staff/managers to deal with workplace disputes
- Avoid successful Employment Tribunal claims
- Reduce your legal costs
