HCC International's partnership with Nelsons as their recommended Debt Collector is now well established.
Many HCC International policyholders now use Nelsons regularly and get the additional benefit that when Nelsons can't collect the debt, HCC International pay the claim faster than if they had used another debt collector.
This service is available to all HCC International clients immediately.
Nelsons will make sure that if your customer can pay then you will get the money that's owed to you as soon as possible and if they cannot pay, then you have the peace of mind that you are covered with your HCC International credit insurance policy.
The key features of Nelsons' debt collection solution for HCC International policyholders are:-
- Time saving - no need to advise HCC international about the potential claim as Nelsons will take care of that for you. You notify us, we notify HCC International
- Simple fee structure - 5% charged on UK debts pre-issue (fees are subject to VAT). Our usual £100 per claim placement fee is waived for all HCC International policyholders and if we are not able to recover the debt, the 5% fee will not be charged
- Freedom of choice - no obligation to use the service. Use it for one debt, all of your debts or anything in between.
- Collections to suit you - we offer flexible solutions to suit your requirements and circumstances
